At Kokila Organics, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
We offer a 7-day return and refund policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The return request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
- The bottle seal must be intact and the product should not have been opened, used, tampered with, or altered in any way.
- The product must be returned with its original packaging, labels, and invoice (if applicable).
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged during transit,
- Leaking,
- Broken, or
- Defective upon delivery,
please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
To process your request, we may ask for:
- Order number,
- Photos of the damaged product,
- Photos of the outer packaging.
Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, as applicable.
3. Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, the following products are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened bottles or containers.
- Used or partially consumed products.
- Products with damaged or removed seals.
- Products returned without original packaging.
- Products returned after the 7-day return period.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
- The refund may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product delivered by us, return shipping costs will be borne by Kokila Organics.
- For all other eligible returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the return policy outlined above.
